Practical strategy powerhouse
Approach.
Even the best strategy only works if everyone’s on board and actually acts on it. That’s why I combine strategic insight and overview with practical experience.
History.
I studied German language and literature and European law in Brussels and got my MBA from Columbia Business School in New York. I have over 20 years of experience as a strategy consultant and (interim) manager at McKinsey & Company. As part of Ahold’s M&A team, I managed commercial and specialist due diligence. At bol.com, I held strategic and commercial roles and was the CEO’s right hand.
Focus.
Innovation, sustainability and proposition development. I often work for scale-ups and/or digital platforms in retail, consumer goods and leisure.
Other activities.
I’m a leadership and business coach for social entrepreneurs.
Free time.
Spent enjoying time on our houseboat with my husband and our 2 children. I love reading, history, exploring the world and spending time in nature.
