Approach.
I’m a coach and people developer at heart. Getting the best out of people increases employee productivity, efficiency and wellbeing, improving business performance.
History.
I studied mechanical engineering in Delft and got my MBA from INSEAD. I have over 30 years of experience as a strategy consultant, executive, entrepreneur and commissioner. Among others, I’ve worked at Unilever and Boston Consulting Group (BCG), was co-founder of Business Openers and partner at Quintel Strategy Consulting, Kearney and KPMG. I was also CEO at Hill+Knowlton Strategies.
Focus.
Within The Strategy Office, I mainly focus on commercial strategy, digitalisation and transformation.
Other activities.
I’m a commissioner at TAUW, a European sustainability consultancy and engineering firm. I’m also an academic coach at RSM Erasmus University.
Free time.
Besides being a father of 3 children, I’m also a keen cook and music and film lover.
