History.
I studied business economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam and got my MBA from INSEAD. As a strategy consultant, I started at Bain & Company. At VNU (now The Nielsen Company), as Head of Corporate Development Europe, I was responsible for strategy and improvement projects and M&A for Europe. At TNT, I gained experience as senior manager and deputy director of corporate strategy.
Focus.
I like to help organisations solve complex business issues and make strategic choices about growth opportunities, commercial strategy (including pricing & sales force) and profitability improvement.
Free time.
I’m a proud father of 2 children. An avid mountaineer, you'll often find me in a climbing hall or (preferably) somewhere sunny. I speak 5 languages.
