I’m a quant by training, but customer interviews are what fascinate me. I blend people skills with an analytical mind, guiding clients to the truth behind the hard numbers.
History.
I studied econometrics in Groningen. I started out at Roland Berger, working on strategy and CDD for private equity, construction companies and financial services. And throughout the food chain — from ingredient suppliers to retailers. Next was a stint in early-stage impact investing, at a family fund focused on the food and energy transition.
Focus.
Getting stuck into the build: strategising for SMEs and preparing impactful companies to fundraise.
Other activities.
I co-shaped a LEGOⓇ startup, driving circularity via a rental model. With sophisticated parts-recognition software, we made used sets feel like new.
Free time.
I cook — extensively — and I’m a trained sommelier. Yes, with an Excel for my wine collection. I also ski and play golf.
