Approach.

The more complex the issue, the more I come into my own. Across strategy formation, organisational redesign and achieving growth, I help my clients build and expand.

History.

I studied financial economics at Tilburg University and completed various programmes at INSEAD, EDHEC and Institut Français de la Mode. For over 18 years, I worked as a strategy consultant at Quintel/A.T. Kearney, among others. I also founded and grew fintech Blanco into a company with 60 employees and 150 clients in 6 countries. In 2010, I founded and now lead The Strategy Office. In 2021, I made it to the finals of EY Entrepreneur of the Year.  

Focus.

I focus on solving problems pragmatically, untangling complex issues and coming up with creative ways to solve them, always in close consultation with management.

Other activities.

I'm a Supervisory Board member for scale-up Invoice-to-pay, Cevinio and Het Oranje Kruis.

Free time.

As a mother of five, I plan my time smartly to also make space for sports, hiking, boating, reading, lots of cooking and watching films and documentaries.
